I'll show you various tools you can use to support yourself when you're stressed, experiencing difficult emotions (fear, anger, grief, etc.), or dealing with conflict. When you're feeling down, you'll have more at your disposal than just distracting yourself or trying to forget. You'll regain your autonomy and no longer feel helpless.

Improve relationships

Our happiness and satisfaction in life depend largely on how fulfilling we find our interpersonal relationships (family, friends, partners, colleagues, etc.). Starting here will pay off noticeably for you!

Change pattern

Behavioral patterns and beliefs that have been passed down in your family for generations can be changed. This often requires professional guidance and an outside perspective, since family members, from whom we usually seek advice, cannot help us in precisely these situations.
