I accompany people through difficult times who often have to deal with sadness, loneliness, fear, or stress in their lives and show them ways to live more relaxed, self-determined, and contented lives.

 

Often, situations from the past or childhood are still "open" and not yet fully digested, which can still be stressful even years later. Here, too, we can work together to work through these in a way that will benefit you.

 

It is important to me to take a holistic view of people and to ensure that we all learn to treat ourselves (and thus others) more lovingly.

 

I work in my practice in Wuppertal, but also online.

 

I work with the IFS according to Prof. Schwartz, which I combine with EMDR and meridian tapping according to Dr. Klinghardt (MFT) if necessary.

 

I wish for you that your world finally feels safe and full of love—from the inside out.

Our free initial consultation

We'll schedule a time for me to call you. Our initial consultation is completely free and non-binding! In approximately 15 minutes, we'll discuss together whether your issue is a good fit for my work. We'll discuss whether we'd like to work in person at my practice or online—depending on the topic.

Here we go! Our first session

In our first session, you'll probably want to tell me a lot about yourself, and I'd like to get to know you as well as possible. I want you to feel safe. Of course, I'm bound by confidentiality. Anything you tell me will remain between us.

Together we will determine the goals you would like to work towards and agree on a path to achieve them – which, of course, may change from time to time during our work.

Don't just ignore your loneliness and pain. Even if others might advise you to do just that.

Don't see fear, sadness, pain, and anger as inconveniences to be endured, but as an inner thirst to be quenched.


You should give enough to yourself just for all the people who need your love.
